Website’s terms of use

1. General
1.1 The website https://thecommerce.gr/ (“Website”) is property of the company “THECOMMERCE Digital Marketing”. (“Company”), which manages it in order to present its business activities and promote to visitors / users of the Website its products and services. Where the phrases “us”, “we”, “our Company” are mentioned below and any similar ones, they refer to the Company.
1.2 The use of the Website is governed by these general terms, which every user is required to read carefully, as its use implies their unconditional acceptance in their entirety.
In case of disagreement with these terms, users are requested NOT TO USE THE WEBSITE, otherwise it is presumed that they accept the terms in their entirety. Since the use of any service of the Website is regulated by special terms of use, they constitute a whole with those present, but as special terms, they override the general terms in case of conflict.
1.3 The Website and the information and services contained therein are intended for adults only and may not be used by users under the age of 18. The Company is not responsible if, despite the above, minors voluntarily visit the Website or use services that may be considered inappropriate for them.

2.1 The Company, without guaranteeing and therefore not being responsible, makes every effort to ensure that the information and all content of the Website are governed by maximum accuracy, clarity, completeness, and availability. The Company reserves the right to remove at any time, according to its discretion, third-party links from its website.

The Company reserves the right to review the terms of use of the Website at any time and for any reason, without prior notice or obligation. Users must refer to them at regular intervals in order to be informed of possible changes and if they continues to use it, it is presumed that they accept the modified terms and conditions of use of the Website. Otherwise, they must abstain from visiting the Website.

9.1 These Terms of Use of the Website are governed by the provisions of Greek Law and the instructions and regulations of European Law and are interpreted in accordance with the rules of good faith and business ethics. Especially the management of the personal data of users of the Website and the terms and conditions of use of the “cookies” as described in the terms of the Privacy Policy (Privacy Notice) that is posted on it, are governed and regulated by the applicable provisions for security and protection of personal data i.e. Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

9.2 If a provision is deemed contrary to law and therefore invalid or void, it automatically ceases to be valid (unless replaced by another valid one), without in any case affecting the validity of the other terms. The Courts of Athens have the exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes arising from the occasion or interpretation of these terms (by explicit extension of any other jurisdiction).
